Greetings!

The passenger ferry "Northern Expedition" had a first showing ("Open House" or "Open Ship")
on 17 May in Northern Vancouver Island. The website pages for the Northern Expedition now
has many pictures of the Open House. You will be able to see all decks.

There are new pictures of the route through the "Inside Passage" on the website in the
"Inaugural Cruise" section. You will be able to see the beautiful Central Coast of British Columbia.

BC Ferries will be purchasing a European ferry or having a new ferry built to replace the third ferry which sails the Inside Passage.

Meanwhile the Northern Expedition is planned to start some of her sailings from our major
ferry terminal southeast of Vancouver and sail north to Prince Rupert. She is expected for
another Open House in Vancouver after the summer season ends this year in late September.
